50% affordable, tenure-blind homes, benefitting in particular, young people looking for their first home and young families.
New, publicly-accessible green space
High-quality new green spaces, that have been unusable by the public for decades, now accessible to existing as well as new residents.
The Site
Luxborough Lane is on the edge of Chigwell village, blending residential streets with nearby green spaces, sporting facilities and good London transport links via the Central line (Chigwell station) and local buses.
Chigwell is well located for people who wish to build a life within a vibrant and active community, with easy access to amenities, the tube, buses and the wider road network. Through our investment in this site, Higgins Homes aims to create the opportunity for new residents to become part of the Chigwell community.
