Higgins Homes are an Essex-based developer.

Epping Forest has been our home for 40 years, having been based first on Old Station Road, Loughton and at our current premises on Langston Road since 2005. We have contributed to the local built environment and infrastructure through numerous projects across the district including the development of a new secondary school – St John’s School in Epping.

Investment in local young people

The company has a strong track record in investing in young people and is proud of its ‘Investors in People’ status. Higgins’ training and development programmes have long been hard-wired into the company’s business strategy.

We also run a Management Trainee Programme which is available to local students and many of our current staff come from schools across Epping Forest, amongst others. We are proud that many of our current team members are from the local vicinity, with many climbing the ranks to senior postilions. We offer yearly opportunities to ambitious young school leavers ready to start their career journey with us and take pride in the high level of applications.
